Scouting and Guiding aim to provide youngsters with Social,
Intellectual, Physical and Spiritual development as part of a balance
programme. Providing the first three is almost second nature to most
leaders, but spiritual development is often the one we have most difficulty
with. Although we recognise that Scouting and Guiding welcome and encourage
those from all faiths, as Christians we aim to provide a collection of
resources that can help leaders in a very practical sense to introduce
Christian activities to their programme.
